My Work

In my work, I have always been driven by a desire to improve how organisations and their people work - collectively and individually.

I've spent many years gaining experience managing people, projects, operations and change in multinationals (e.g. PwC, BT, GSK, Quintiles, HSBC and Citigroup), as well as in start-ups and scale-ups.

In 2013, in search of a stronger evidence basis on which to support my approach to improving organisations, I returned to university to study for an MSc in Organisational Behaviour/ Occupational Psychology. This led me onto a PhD, completed in 2019, researching Organisational and Psychological Flexibility, as a way to improve organisational and personal effectiveness and wellbeing.

I apply this combination of experiences in my practice as a trainer, facilitator, business consultant and coach.

In Collaboration With ...

I often work in collaboration with others and want to give a particular shout out to Ross McIntosh who I have been developing training programmes with, as well as exploring alternative opportunities for communicating with a wider audience.
