On the People Soup Podcast: Talking about my work with Organisational Flexibility

Part 1: This episode is part 1 of my conversation with Ross MacIntosh on his wonderful People Soup Podcast, where we talk about my PhD research exploring psychological flexibility AND organisational flexibility. We talk about my career history: the various organisations and pivotal moments, like going back to Uni and how I found myself in the surprising position of embarking upon a PhD.

Part 2: In part 2 of my conversation with Ross, we dive into my PhD research - you’ll hear me introduce and expand on the concept of organisational flexibility, its component processes and their relevance in the workplace: such a useful and practical lens considering the challenges, constraints and limitations that all organisations face.
